It was great getting to walk in Bath and see the different areas and how they related to Jane's books. It made her books come to life. We loved going to Sally Lunn's and having Afternoon tea when Jane herself would have gone. Delightful and highly recommended!

Our tour guide was deeply knowledgeable. What I expected was knowledge of Austen's work and life. Our tour guide met those expectations. We were impressed by her knowledge of the various interpretations, particularly movies, and will go back and watch these.

It was pouring during my Jane Austen tour, but Theresa persevered and made sure I saw all the important spots. The Georgian Gardens have since become my favorite spot in Bath as it reminds me of the children’s novel “The Secret Garden” by Frances Hodgson. The tour with Theresa was a great start to my time in Bath as I got an understanding of the lay of the land. I was hoping to visit the Georgian Gardens under better weather before I left Bath and was fortunate enough to run into Theresa who was on a tour that day but was kind enough to give me directions. The afternoon tea with Gaby was also great. She is so well informed, and it was truly a stimulating conversation. In fact, Beth, an American lady at the next table overheard us and joined the conversation too. Overall, I had an absolute delightful day. Please convey my best regards to both Theresa and Gaby. D.
