Highlights include the village of Steventon where Jane was born, raised and wrote the manuscripts for her first three novels (‘Sense and Sensibility’, ‘Pride and Prejudice’ and ‘Northanger Abbey’); Chawton House, where her now best-known novels were revised, finished and published, and the Jane Austen House Museum, home to the very desk where she wrote ‘Mansfield Park’, ‘Emma’, and ‘Persuasion’, and her final resting place in Winchester Cathedral.



A day in Bath with your expert guide discovering Jane’s favourite haunts and the locations she featured in her novels.
